Role Overview:
The Zonal Sales Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of insurance agents. The role is focused on driving sales growth, ensuring quality customer service, and building a motivated agent network.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit & Build Teams: Identify and recruit top-performing agents.
Sales Leadership: Motivate and lead agents to meet sales targets.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to agents.
Sales Monitoring: Track agent performance and ensure alignment with targets.
Customer Focus: Ensure agents deliver excellent customer service.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, ideally within the insurance industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication.
Education: Graduate degree (preferred).
