Job Description
As a Area Sales Manager in the insurance sector, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales agents to drive revenue growth and achieve targets within a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of sales agents.
- Building relationships with Health agents.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Set sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for the team and track performance against established metrics.
- Training and motivating the agents to qualify contests and thus bring in incremental business.
Requirements:-

- age 21 to 38 year
- CTC:3.75 LPA+ variable+ other benefits
