Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager oversees and manages the business activities within a designated geographical area. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities :
– Create and maintain connections with brokers, agents, and financial organizations.
– Implement sales methods to achieve revenue goals and grow the clientele.
– Assemble, manage, and train a group of sales specialists.
– Analyze the market to find opportunities, then modify your plans.
– Maintain solid connections with important stakeholders and make sure regulations are followed.
– Team performance is monitored and evaluated, and any necessary assistance and training is given.
– Report on industry trends and sales activity on a regular basis.
Requirement :
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience : minimum 1 year in filed sales
– Must be local candidate
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to lead a sales team.
