Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Channel Sales Manager to expand and manage our sales channels in Hubli. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves channel partner development, sales team management, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, distributors, and sales agents.
Drive business growth by expanding the channel network and increasing partner engagement.
Train, mentor, and guide channel partners and sales teams to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue generation.
Identify and onboard new channel partners while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure effective lead generation, client acquisition, and timely follow-ups.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to enhance sales support.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops to improve team performance.
Travel within Hubli and surrounding areas to strengthen business relationships.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 year of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in channel partner development and management.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and proactive in business development.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hubli and nearby regions.
