Job Description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Davangere. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, with 1 year of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) preferred. This role focuses on driving sales, acquiring new customers, managing a sales team, and achieving business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement direct sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales efforts.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and face-to-face meetings to generate business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales support.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize sales processes and business expansion.
Travel extensively within Davangere and nearby areas to expand the customer base.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in sales efforts.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Davangere and surrounding regions.
