Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Whitefield. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sales. This role involves leading a sales team, acquiring new customers, and driving business growth through direct sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement direct sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents to enhance performance.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, networking, and referrals.
- Drive sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure team members meet or exceed their monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and motivation programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide timely reports and updates to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Whitefield and nearby areas for business development.
