Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hassan. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team leadership, customer acquisition, and achieving business growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of field sales executives to drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Motivate and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Travel within Hassan and nearby areas to expand business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hassan and nearby regions.
