Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executive
• Set daily/weekly sales targets and help the team achieve them.
• Visit customers and support the team in closing sales.
• Train and motivate the sales team.
• Track and report sales performance.
• Build strong customer relationships.

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
