Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Front Line Sales Manager to join our team in Kolar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, with a preference for experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team leadership, sales planning, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing excellent service.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales campaigns.
Travel within Kolar and surrounding areas to expand business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Kolar and nearby regions.
