Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in JP Nagar. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or related industries. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales to acquire new customers and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales and field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups to drive business.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within JP Nagar and nearby areas for business development.
