Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in Kolar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth through direct sales efforts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
Travel within Kolar and nearby areas to meet prospective clients.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Kolar.
