Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in Dharwad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team leadership, business development, and revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new customers while managing relationships with existing clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize productivity.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
Travel within Dharwad and surrounding areas to expand business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales campaigns and strategies.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to business growth.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Dharwad and nearby regions.
