Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Hassan. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves team management, business development, and achieving revenue targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities through various channels.
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews with the team.
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Travel within Hassan and nearby areas to drive business growth.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hassan.
Experience in life insurance, general insurance, financial services, or direct selling.
Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze data and implement effective sales strategies.
