Job Title: Sales Manager – Banking Sector (Tamil Nadu) 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in the Banking sector.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their financial needs.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to the management.

Qualifications:  
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: min. 1 year in filed sales
– Must be local candidate
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to lead a sales team.
