A Team Sales Manager, also known as a sales manager, is responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales goals.

Roles and responsibilities

• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Candidate requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
• Age 21 to 38 years.
