As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Sales Representatives of an assigned territory. You will also be responsible for hiring and training Sales Representatives. You should be able to maintain a strong relationship with the clients.
Responsibilities
- Preparing territory sales and marketing strategies.
- Training and guiding Sales Representatives.
- Evaluating the team members’ performance.
- Creating brand awareness within the assigned territory.
- Motivating the Sales Representatives and other team members.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customers.
- Staying up to date with the latest sales industry trends.
Candidate Requirement:
- Age: 22 to 37 Yrs.
- Graduation in Any Stream.
- Mini. 2 Years in sales and Marketing.
- Attractive Personality and good communication skills.
- One who is ready for challenges.
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
