Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to join our team in Kalyan Nagar. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and motivation programs for the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide timely sales reports and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Kalyan Nagar and surrounding areas for business development.
