Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to join our team in Kalyan Nagar. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of field sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and motivation programs for the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Provide timely sales reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in BFSI sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Kalyan Nagar and surrounding areas for business development.
