Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Mysuru. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and follow-ups to close deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Travel within Mysuru and nearby areas to expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Mysuru.
