Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Manager to join our team in Hassan. This role involves identifying and acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and acquire new customers through direct field sales efforts.
Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to enhance business development efforts.
Provide timely reports and updates on sales activities and performance.
Travel extensively within Hassan and surrounding areas to expand the customer base.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Hassan.
