Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Bijapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new clients, leading a sales team, and achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through field sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to analyze competition and customer needs.
Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and key business metrics.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales efforts.
Travel within Bijapur and nearby areas to expand business reach.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in handling sales challenges.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel extensively within Bijapur.
