Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned bank branches for insurance sales.

• Support bank RMs in closing high-value cases.

• Conduct regular training and product sessions.

• Ensure achievement of revenue targets.

• Maintain MIS and daily reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA preferred.

• Minimum 2 years experience in life insurance.

• Experience in banca or agency channel is an advantage.

• Good relationship management skills.
