The Agency Channel Sales Manager will manage customer renewals, ensure compliance, and oversee branch operations. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and follow up on renewal premium collections.
- Address queries from customers and advisors.
- Process customer and advisor service requests and claims.
- Ensure compliance with processes at the branch.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Must be local.
