Job Title: Agency Channel Sales Manager 

Location: [Solapur, Pune, Nashik]

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Development Manager (SDM) for the Agency Channel to oversee, manage, and grow our agency network.

Key Responsibilities :

Agency Channel Management:

– Build, manage, and nurture relationships with agency partners to drive business growth.

– Identify and recruit new agencies and strengthen the performance of existing ones.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

– Monitor and report on the performance of agency partners against sales targets.

– Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and execute corrective actions.

Customer Relationship Management:

– Ensure that customer needs are being met through agency partners and build strong long-term relationships.

– Handle escalated customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.

Qualification :
