Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our agency channel in reaching sales objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the life insurance sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales strategies.
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team.
- Recruit and train new sales agents.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and pursue new partnerships.
- Enhance understanding of the company’s life insurance products to improve communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in life insurance, especially within agency roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and effectively manage a sales team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
