Facilitate the success of agency partners in selling life insurance through lead generation, prospect qualification, and sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads via cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Evaluate and schedule appointments for agency partners based on lead qualifications.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and agency stakeholders.
- Assist in crafting sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adept at negotiation.
- Knowledgeable about insurance products and regulations.
- Age range: 21 to 38 years old.
