Job Description

We are seeking a proactive agency recruitment and development manager to recruit and onboard top agents, deliver ongoing training, and implement strategies to enhance agency performance and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Set and monitor performance goals.
• Implement strategies for recruitment and development.
• Build relationships with agents and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present performance reports.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales position.
• Must be a local resident.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
