Key Responsibilities: 

Recruitment: Identify and onboard new associates for business expansion.

Relationship Building: Build and sustain productive relationships with business collaborators.

Sales Strategy: Design and execute plans to achieve sales targets.

Negotiation: Finalize agreements ensuring win-win outcomes.

Performance Management: Monitor and guide associate performance.

Market Exploration: Analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience.

Exceptional networking and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Compensation:

CTC: Up to ₹3.20 LPA + Incentives + Benefits.
