Job Description:

• Recruitment and management of Agents – Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective location.
• Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products. Monitor and review the agent’s performance.
• Help them achieve maximum business.
• Meet customers on a regular basis to achieve standards Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation.
• Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance Indicators: Agent Recruitment
• Recruit Insurance Advisors and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
• Position of Team Leader.
