Agency Sales Executive

Job Description

As an Agency Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through our agency partners. You will build and maintain strong relationships with agents, guiding them to achieve their sales targets while promoting our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential agency partners.
• Train and support agents on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize agency performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to agency partners.
  Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
