Job Summary:

We are hiring an Agency Sales Manager to expand business through the agency channel in the insurance sector. The role involves agent recruitment, sales target achievement, and field activity. Preference to local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and develop a productive team of insurance agents
• Monitor daily field sales performance
• Support agents with training, leads, and conversions
• Drive consistent business through local market strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of local markets
