Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisors to build a strong sales team. The role focuses on developing advisor performance, achieving sales targets, and driving insurance business growth through the agency channel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors to build a strong sales team.
- Train, guide, and motivate advisors to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Manage and support advisors to improve their performance and productivity.
- Drive insurance sales and contribute to overall business growth through the agency channel.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year experience in any sale.
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Strong interest in sales and team handling.
