Job Description

Responsibility:

·         The candidate should have at least 2 years’ sales experience and strong sales prospects.

·         negotiation and closing skills have a good command written and spoken English have excellent communication and presentation skills Be independent.

·         performance: driven and ready to travel on regular basis

·         Maintain high caliber client service.

·         Achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them

·         Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per the requirements.

·          Should adhere to all policies and guidelines for lead generation as well as closures.

·         Daily completion and submission of sales reports to the superiors.

Requirement:

·         Any Graduates

·         Candidate must have field job experience.

·         Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.

·         Age: 22 to 37

·         Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)

·         Must have local candidate

·         I should be a team player.
