Job Description

As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Agency Sales Executives to drive sales and meet business goals. Your leadership will play a key role in building strong agency partnerships and improving overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the agency sales team.
  • Establish sales targets and create strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners to drive collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is must required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Must be a local candidate.
  • Age criteria : 22 to 38 years.
