The Agent Development Manager focuses on the recruitment and development of agents, ensuring they are equipped to achieve their sales targets. You will guide your team with ongoing support and performance evaluations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new agents.
- Provide sales coaching and career development opportunities for agents.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and meet regional sales targets.
- Assess agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
