Job Description: 
The Area Business Development Manager collaborates with agents to expand the company in a certain area. You will hire, train, and assist agents in order to ensure that sales targets are fulfilled.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Find, hire, and train a group of agents.
  • Create plans to help agents reach sales goals and increase productivity.
  • Continuous instruction and feedback are necessary to guarantee the best possible agent performance.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market developments to spot new business prospects.
  • Help agents reach their sales targets by working together with internal teams.
  • Make sure that the rules and policies of the firm are followed.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • At least 2+ years in sales and marketing in any field.
  • A track record of successfully leading a team and hitting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • The capacity to develop growth strategy and evaluate performance statistics.
