Area Sales Executive
OVERVIEW:
The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and business growth through the agency distribution channel. This role involves managing relationships with insurance agents, supporting them in their sales efforts, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to meet company sales targets.
KEY ROLES:
- Identify and recruit new insurance agents and agencies to expand the sales network.
- Provide continuous support and training to agents, helping them stay informed about new product offerings and industry trends.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agency partners, helping them grow their business and meet sales goals.

- Provide agents with marketing materials, sales aids, and promotional campaigns to help them generate leads and close deals.
- Regularly monitor agent performance through key metrics (sales figures, conversion rates, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure agents comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with agents to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from agents and customers to identify potential market gaps and opportunities.
QUALIFICATION:
- Any graduate
- 1+ year experience in sales
- 21-38 age
SKILLS:
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and the insurance sales process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with agents and clients.
