Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager for Life Insurance, you’ll lead and train a team of agents to meet sales goals and ensure compliance with company policies. The role requires strong leadership, sales skills, and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train insurance agents.
• Establish sales targets and support agents in achieving them.
• Expand the team of insurance agents in the area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations by all agents.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Proven sales expertise.
• Willingness to travel for meetings with agents and clients.
• Age: 21 to 38
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, (BFSI and insurance sectors.)
• Bachelor’s degree.
