Job Description

We are seeking an area sales manager to lead and expand our agency channel. This role involves managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales growth, and achieving targets in the life insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise insurance advisors.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships, and explore new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the life insurance market.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be local.
