Area Sales Manager

Job Description

Lead and expand our agency channel in a designated region. Drive sales, recruit and manage agencies, and implement strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.

Responsibilities:

•Execute regional sales plans and achieve targets.

•Recruit, train, and manage agency partners.

•Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities.

•Support and guide agencies to enhance performance.

•Report on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.

•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, including field sales.

•Proven sales success and team leadership skills.

•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

•Willingness to travel frequently.
