Job Description

To assist our agency channel in meeting its sales goals, we are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in the life insurance industry, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a track record of increasing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Help the sales manager put sales strategies into action.

• Show the sales team direction and leadership.

• Hire and educate fresh salespeople.

• Assess and track each agent’s performance.

• Establish and nurture ties with organizations and look for fresh chances for collaboration.

• Acquire knowledge of the life insurance products offered by the organization to improve communication.

Requirements

• Demonstrated life insurance experience, preferably in agency settings.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to lead and inspire a sales team in an efficient manner.
• Must be local candidate
• Any Bachelors Degree
