Key duties include:

• Creating and implementing successful sales plans to reach goals.
• Assemble, develop, and guide a productive group of agents.
• Establish trusting bonds with agents and agency executives.
• Monitor sales data and enhance agent effectiveness.
• Hold training sessions to improve the abilities of agents.
• Verify adherence to corporate standards and industry norms.

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least two years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Excellent understanding of the model of agency distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals.
• Outstanding capacity to establish and preserve connections with clients.
