Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager will lead the recruitment and development of financial agents within a specific region. You’ll design and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets and build a high-performance team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of financial agents.
  • Develop sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide consistent coaching to ensure agents reach their targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and agents.

Qualification & Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
