Role: Area Sales Manager
Objective: Manage a sales force, find new business prospects, and assist in the company’s growth. Finding new business possibilities and creating plans to expand the company are the responsibilities of a business development manager (BDM).
Key Responsibilities :
• Establish objectives and make plans to increase sales and business.
• Conduct research and put plans into action to reach new markets.
• Find prospective customers in such markets.
• Track down leads and help them close deals.
• Establish team objectives and create strategies to meet them.
Requirements:
• An advanced degree or its equivalent.
• Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
• Age range: 21–38 years old.
• Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
• Outstanding ability to communicate.
