Job Description

Seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Agency Channel in the BFSI sector, driving sales performance and developing agency relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and agency partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with agency partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market assessments to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the BFSI sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be local.
