Seeking a driven Area Sales Officer to join our Life Insurance Agency Channel team. Responsible for executing sales strategies, managing agents, and fostering relationships to achieve business goals in the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement sales plans to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and support a team of insurance agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area.
• Must be local.
