Area Sales Officer

Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated Area Sales Officer to drive agency sales and growth in your region. You’ll recruit and support insurance agents, implement sales strategies, and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage sales strategies to meet regional targets.

•Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.

•Monitor agent performance and provide coaching.

•Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

•Analyse market trends and competitor activities.

•Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.

•1-2 years of experience in sales.

•Strong sales and negotiation skills.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Ability to analyse data and trends.

•Willingness to travel frequently.
