A business development manager is responsible for fostering the expansion of their department. Together, they draft strong proposals, negotiate contracts, and keep lines of communication open with all parties.

Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing a strategy to generate additional revenue and expand the company.
• Arranging to meet with prospective customers to talk about company prospects.
• Determine which markets have prospective customers.
• Leads should be managed to provide a seamless sales process.
