Job Description

Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.

Responsibilities.

• Identify and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
• Developing your sales team through motivation .
• Recruit & manage Insurance Adviser in assigned market .
• Coordinates with the centre team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is recommended.
• Sales experience of at least one year
• The ideal age range is 21–38 years old.
• strong leadership, sales, and communication abilities.
