Job Description
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
– Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve their objectives.
– For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
– Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
– Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
– Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Profile of the required candidate:
– Qualification: Graduate.
– Experience: Two or more years in any sales-related field .
– Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old .
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Two-wheeled. It has to be local.
