Job Description

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Direct Channel team in managing customer relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, resolving queries, and assisting in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and growing client relationships.
• Support sales efforts and lead generation.
• Handle client queries and provide product information.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Prepare sales and performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in the local area.
